یک درمان تیمی در بیماری با سابقه ضربه به فک بالا و از دست رفتن بخش عمده ای از دندان های ماگزیلا و درمان های پروتزی ضعیف قبلی. هدف درمان ارتودنسی در این بیمار اصلاح شیب پلن فک پایین (که در سمت چپ به بالا منحرف شده) با اینتروژن دندان های سمت چپ با استفاده از مینی اسکروهای ارتودنسی ( با ساپورت لینگوال آرچ از سمت لینگوال) بود تا فضای بین فکی مناسب برای قرار دهی ایمپلنت و پروتز های مناسب تامین شود.با تشکر فراوان از زحمات دکتر محمدرضا سلیمانپور برای قراردهی ایمپلنت ها و کار بی نظیر @drneshati به خاطر بازسازی پروتزی فوق العاده.
طول درمان: 24 ماه

A group treatment for a patient with previous history of trauma to maxilla and loss of maxillary teeth and poor prosthodontic treatment. In this patient the aim of orthodontic treatment was to correct mandibular arch dental cant ( left side upward movement) with TADs assisted intrusion in the left segment ( supported lingually with a bilateral fixed lingual arch) to create the necessary interocclusal space for implant placement and prosthetic reconstruction. I want to extent my sincere gratitude to Dr. MohammadReza Soleimanpour for impalnt placement and @drneshati for his amazing skill in prosthetic reconstruction in this patient.
