درمان ترکیبی جراحی و ارتودنسی در این بیمار به دلیل تمایل بیمار به انجام هر چه سریع تر درمان جراحی و وجود فضاهای دندانهای کشیده شده به گونه زیر طرح ریزی گردید:
۱.قرار دادن براکت های ارتودنسی و سیم جراحی
۲.انجام درمان جراحی دو فک بلافاصله پس از درمان ارتودنسی ( در درمان های روتین معمولا دوره ارتودنسی پیش از جراحی حدود ۱۲ الی ۱۸ ماه زمان نیاز دارد)
۳. درمان ارتودنسی جهت مرتب سازی دندان ها و ایجاد رابطه دندانی ایده آل بین فکین

‏#Orthognathic surgical (#orthognathicsurgery) treatment in this patient planed as blow due to patient’s desire and excistance of previous extraction spaces for retraction of upper incisors and post surgical midline correction:
‏1. Bracket and surgical wore placement and immediate referal for surgery( in routine procedures pre-surgical orthodontics last for about 12 to 18 months or more)
‏2. Surgical treatment
‏3. Orthodontic treatment for alignment of teeth and acheuvement of and ideal occlusion
